In addition to her practice, Ms. Nazarian authored an article titled “Crossing Over: Assessing Operation Streamline and the Rights of Immigrant Criminal Defendants at the Border.” The article was published in the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and is frequently referenced by other legal sources. She also presents at various conferences and legal events.

Before joining Berke Law Offices, Inc., Ms. Nazarian clerked for Los Angeles County Child Support Services and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. She was a graduate fellow for Loyola Law School’s Project for the Innocent and also practiced as a contract attorney at a Pasadena-based law firm.

Ms. Nazarian has experience negotiating and litigating criminal and immigration matters as well as researching and writing motions before the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Los Angeles Immigration Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. She has successfully argued cases before both state and appellate courts.
